These Terms & Conditions govern your use of nisargalahari.com and any order placed with Nisargalahari Foods. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Nisargalahari Foods is a farmermade food business based at Room No. 7, Shiv Shankar Chawl, Hanuman Tekdi, Borivali (East), Mumbai Suburban – 400066, Maharashtra, India. FSSAI Lic. No. 21525012000831.
2. Products & Availability
We currently make and sell farmermade desi ghee. As our products are made in small batches, availability may be limited and orders are accepted subject to stock and our ability to deliver to your location.
3. Delivery Area
We deliver our own orders, currently across Borivali, Dahisar, Kandivali, Malad in Mumbai. Orders outside these areas may not be serviceable at this time.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices for our products will be shown at the time of ordering. Payment may be made online (via our payment partner Razorpay) or by cash on delivery, where offered.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including our name, logo and product imagery, is the property of Nisargalahari Foods and may not be used without our written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take care in preparing and delivering our products, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website, except as required by applicable law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
